Account Setup

Get started with ScallerFox by creating your account, connecting GitHub, and topping up your balance.

Creating Your Account

Step 1: Register

    Visit the registration page and fill in your email and password

  2. 2

    Log in to your account

    You'll be redirected to the dashboard automatically

Connect GitHub

To deploy applications from GitHub, you need to add a Personal Access Token (PAT) with repository access.

How to Create a GitHub PAT

  1. 1

    Go to GitHub → Settings → Developer settings → Personal access tokens → Tokens (classic)

  2. 2

    Click Generate new token (classic)

    Set an expiration date and select the repo scope

  3. 3

    Copy the generated token

  4. 4

    In ScallerFox dashboard, go to Git PATs → Add PAT → paste your token

  5. 5

    Go to Repositories → Add Repository → enter your GitHub repo URL and select the PAT

Dashboard Overview

After logging in, you'll see the dashboard with an overview of all your resources.

Balance

Your prepaid credit balance. Top up here to pay for deployments, databases, and storage. All charges are auto-deducted every 5 minutes.

Applications

All your deployed applications with status indicators, quick access to logs, metrics, and settings.

Databases

Managed PostgreSQL databases. View connection strings, disk usage, and enable/disable status.

Object Storage

Your storage subscriptions. Manage buckets, access keys, policies, and monitor usage.

Top Up Your Balance

Important: ScallerFox uses a prepaid balance model. You need sufficient balance to deploy applications and use databases or storage. Charges are auto-deducted every 5 minutes based on usage.

Auto-Disable Protection: When balance runs out, all running applications and databases are automatically disabled. No further charges. Re-enable them after topping up — no data is lost.

How to Top Up

    Navigate to Billing in the dashboard sidebar

  2. 2

    Enter the amount you want to top up

  3. 3

    Select a payment method (Virtual Account, E-Wallet, or Retail)

  4. 4

    Complete the payment — your balance updates instantly after confirmation
