Pay Per Pod Pricing

ScallerFox uses a pay-per-pod pricing model. You only pay for containers (pods) that are actually running, based on the deployment package you choose.

Costs are calculated per hour and deducted from your account balance in real-time.

How Billing Works

Per-Pod Pricing

Each running pod is charged based on its deployment package's hourly rate.

Example: Package with Rp 1,000/hour × 3 running pods = Rp 3,000/hour

Auto-Scaling Benefits

When traffic is low and pods scale down, your costs automatically decrease. Pay only for pods that are running.

Billing Cycle

Real-Time Billing

ScallerFox uses a real-time billing system that charges you every 5 minutes based on actual pod runtime:

5-Minute Billing Intervals

Usage is calculated every 5 minutes. Charges are deducted from your balance in real-time.

Hourly Aggregation

Every hour, detailed 5-minute records are aggregated into hourly summaries for efficient storage and reporting.

View all billing transactions in the Transactions page. Filter by date range, application, or transaction type.

Cost Calculation Examples

Example 1: Low Traffic App

• Package: Rp 1,000/hour
• Min Pods: 1, Max Pods: 3
• Average pods running: 1 pod
• Daily cost: Rp 1,000 × 24 hours = Rp 24,000/day
• Monthly cost: Rp 24,000 × 30 days = Rp 720,000/month

Example 2: Traffic Varies

• Package: Rp 2,000/hour
• Min Pods: 1, Max Pods: 5
• Average pods: 2 pods (scales during peak hours)
• Daily cost: Rp 2,000 × 2 pods × 24 hours = Rp 96,000/day
• Monthly cost: Rp 96,000 × 30 days = Rp 2,880,000/month

Object Storage Pricing

Object Storage pricing is based on monthly packages that include storage capacity and CDN egress bandwidth:

• Fixed monthly price: Pay a fixed amount per month for your package tier
• Storage included: Package includes storage capacity (e.g., 5GB, 10GB, 25GB)
• CDN Egress included: Package includes CDN bandwidth (e.g., 20GB, 40GB, 100GB)
• No overage charges: Fees apply only if you exceed package limits (contact support for higher tiers)
